Working Hours: 30, Term Time only +3 weeks; or 25, Whole Time

The working pattern can be flexible; however, it will be split shifts. The following hours are available per week: 25 hours, Whole Time (£17,560 - £17,840) or 30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks (£19,140 - £19,445).
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities
- General maintenance
- Painting and decorating
- Minor refurbishment works
- Porterage
- Key holding
- Safeguarding
