We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Dispatch Support operative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders ready for dispatch
- Creating and checking shipping paperwork
- Packing orders accurately and securely
- Booking shipments via DHL and FedEx
- Preparing the correct shipping documentation
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched with the correct paperwork
- Working closely with internal departments to meet dispatch deadlines
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse operations (preferred)
- Experience booking courier shipments (e.g. DHL / FedEx)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills
- Basic IT skills
Pay: £24,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
