Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. By focusing on their strengths, potential and opportunities, we support the people we work with to overcome their problems and live safe, successful, independent lives.

About the Job
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will champion wellbeing, equity, and positive workplace experiences at every level. You’ll work with managers to lead people strategies, tackle complex issues, and deliver proactive, solutions-focused support.
Working as part of our innovative and dynamic People and Culture Team, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling change, building capability, and ensuring our people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
