We are a busy, fast-growing Aesthetic and Wellness Training Academy dedicated to delivering high-quality education, products, and support within the aesthetics industry. We are looking for a motivated, organised and driven individual to join our team in a varied Sales, Marketing and Administration role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for sales, marketing, and the aesthetics and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Convert enquiries into course bookings and product sales
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Respond to social media messages and enquiries
- Assist with marketing administration and planning
Administration
- Provide administrative support for training courses and academy operations
- Manage bookings, CRM systems, and client records
- Maintain organised and accurate documentation
- Support the smooth running of the academy
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer-facing service in person and remotely
- Advise clients on courses and products with confidence and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships
Essential Requirements
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience with social media and marketing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or training environments
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products
- Experience using CRM systems
