As part of this evolution, we are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Part-Time Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function, bringing our new strategy to life and helping drive the next stage of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys having ownership, making decisions and seeing the direct impact of their work within a growing business.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations Director, Managing Director and senior team, you will become the driving force behind Anglia KB’s marketing activity.
You will be responsible for bringing our new marketing strategy to life; managing campaigns, creating content, improving customer journeys and ensuring the brand continues to evolve.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and delivering the work themselves.
You will have ownership of the marketing calendar, channels and campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned with business objectives and focused on generating measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Implement and manage the agreed marketing strategy
- Develop and maintain the marketing calendar
- Plan campaigns that support business growth objectives
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, enquiries and showroom visits
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements
Content & Brand Development
- Bring our new Love Where You Live campaign to life across all channels
- Manage social media content planning and creation
- Write and develop blog posts, customer stories and case studies
- Create engaging content using photography, video and customer experiences
- Develop the Design Studio Notes blog section featuring local stories, experts and potential referral partners
- Ensure Anglia’s brand voice is consistent and differentiated from competitors
Website & Digital Marketing
- Manage website content and updates
- Improve website user journeys and conversion opportunities
- Support SEO activity through content creation and optimisation
- Manage email marketing campaigns and database growth
- Monitor digital performance and make improvements based on data
Lead Generation & Reporting
- Track marketing activity against business goals
- Monitor showroom enquiries and Design Studio Session bookings
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing channels
- Produce regular reports showing activity, results and recommendations
- Use insights to improve future marketing decisions
PR, Partnerships & Community
- Identify PR opportunities and manage communications activity
- Build relationships with local businesses and potential referral partners
- Support collaborations with architects, interior designers, property professionals and other relevant businesses
- Help position Anglia as a trusted design-led home improvement brand
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing marketing activity independently
- Is confident creating and executing marketing plans
- Understands how marketing activity links to commercial results
- Has strong written communication and content creation skills
- Is comfortable managing social media, websites, email marketing and digital campaigns
- Can work autonomously and prioritise effectively
- Is creative, organised and commercially aware
- Enjoys working within a family-run business where ideas and initiative are valued
Experience within interiors, property, design, luxury retail or home improvement would be beneficial but is not essential.
