Duties
- Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their needs are met
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including sanitising tools and workstations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, confirming bookings and accommodating walk-in clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Assist in maintaining a positive, organised, and hygienic work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable
- Proven skills in hair styling or barbering, with relevant qualifications or training preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Knowledge of current hair trends and styling techniques is advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is beneficial

Pay: £16,977.09-£32,000.00 per year
