- Monitor and coordinate utility accounts, property-related services, maintenance requests, and other operational requirements across the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases, ensuring information is kept up to date and organised.
- Prepare and distribute property information, cost breakdowns, brochures, and supporting materials for prospective clients and tenants.
- Liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations.
- Track ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines, ensuring all actions are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with reporting, record-keeping, compliance documentation, and general administrative duties.
- Support occupancy growth by professionally presenting properties and services to prospective clients and identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement.
Requirements
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to effectively multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining positive professional relationships.
- Strong administrative experience and proficiency with databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A commercial and sales-minded approach, with the ability to confidently communicate value and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and remain highly organised in a remote working environment.
Desirable
- Previous experience within property management, real estate, lettings, serviced accommodation, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
- Knowledge of property operations, tenancy management, maintenance coordination, or portfolio administration.
While previous property experience is desirable, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate outstanding organisational ability, strong communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
