The Role
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while gaining valuable experience in financial services.
This role offers exposure to all areas of the business, including client services, administration, and financial planning support, making it an ideal first step for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- General Office Support
- Provide administrative support to advisers and the wider team.
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally.
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment remains organised and presentable.
- Scan, file, and securely manage client documentation.
Client Administration
- Assist with maintaining accurate client records and updating the firm’s CRM system.
- Prepare client packs and documentation for meetings.
- Support the processing of client correspondence and servicing requests.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling client meetings.
- Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain information when required.
Compliance and Data Management
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Support the team in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assist with document management and file checking.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection requirements.
Skills and Experience
