Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?
We're a small local charity with a big heart, and we're looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our Residential and Supported Living teams.
At our services, you'll find a genuine family feel. We support one another, celebrate successes together, and believe that a smile, a laugh and a good cup of tea can go a long way. While every day brings its challenges, it also brings plenty of rewarding moments, meaningful connections and often a few unexpected laughs along the way!

- Supporting people to access their local community and enjoy activities they love
- Helping with meals, household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
- Working closely with colleagues, families and professionals as part of a supportive team
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience – kindness, patience and a positive attitude are just as important.
We'd love to hear from people who are:
- Caring and compassionate
- Reliable and committed
- Good communicators
- Happy working as part of a close-knit team
- Able to bring a sense of humour and positivity to their work
What you'll get in return
- Competitive rates of pay
- Full training and ongoing development opportunities

- The opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives
- A welcoming workplace where people know your name and value your contribution
- Plenty of tea, teamwork and the occasional slice of cake!
