We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for supporting Adults with complex needs In the community, to help look after a client in their own home based in Margate, CT9
This role is for night shifts
NIght Shifts: 19:00 - 07:00
Taking place at clients home in CT9. Monitor client throughout the night, temperature checks, catheter care. supported by parents
Clinical Skills Required :
- Personal Care
- Manual Handling Via Hoist
- Medication Administration
- Gastrostomy Care
- Seizure Management- No Rescue Medication.
Observations Include :
- To Provide Detailed and Accurate Monitoring
- Fluid Balance
- Seizure Management
- Secretion Management
- Pain Management
- Early Detection or Clinical Deterioration
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care to service user in their own home alongside a Nurse
- Build rapport with family members and other staff members
- Making sure care plans are followed accordingly

Requirements for the role:
- A minimum of 1 Years recent UK experience in healthcare sector
- Good communication (clear spoken English)
