Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products and services to customers in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Use basic maths skills for transactions and inventory management
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers
- Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments and/or colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Excellent communication skills
