We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Skin & Laser Therapist to join our team. This role is suited to a confident practitioner who takes ownership of their work, delivers consistently high standards, and understands the importance of both clinical results and client experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering advanced skin and laser treatments to a high standard, conducting in-depth consultations, and building long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
This is not a junior position. You will be expected to work independently, uphold clinical standards, and contribute to the overall performance of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Hydrafacial, Radiofrequency, Vein treatment and other skin-focused therapies
- Conduct thorough consultations and create tailored treatment plans
- Confidently recommend skincare and treatment courses based on client needs
- Maintain exceptional treatment standards, hygiene, and clinical protocols
- Build and retain a loyal client base through results, professionalism, and relationships
- Support overall clinic performance, including treatment and retail targets
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2, 3 & 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Level 4 Laser qualification & Core of Knowledge (required)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in laser hair removal (essential)
- Strong experience in advanced skin treatments (peels, microneedling, etc.)
- Confident in consultation, treatment planning, and client conversion
- Professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and maintain high standards consistently
