The Role
Space Dental are a private cosmetic brand with national attention. We are looking for a confident and personable Front of House / Sales Executive to become the first point of contact for our patients. This is a key role within the clinic, combining exceptional hospitality with natural sales awareness to guide the patient seamlessly through their journey
You will help shape the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Daily Responsibilities
- Support patients before/after consultations/appointments and treatment pathways
- Manage appointments, payments, and clinic flow with accuracy
- Ask for Google reviews and protect our online reputation
- Work closely with clinicians to ensure seamless patient handovers
- Maintain a polished reception environment aligned with our luxury standards
- Other duties when required.
- Take pride in your personal appearance in representing the company and it's standards.
