As a Barista, you will craft quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy city-centre environment.
Based within a vibrant corporate hub, our cafés serve a steady flow of employees, clients, and visitors. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where consistency, efficiency, and customer service are key. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while maintaining high standards during busy service periods.
The Role
Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and beverages efficiently and consistently.
Delivering friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.
Managing customer flow and maintaining efficient service during peak periods.
Operating tills and processing transactions accurately.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area.
Following all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
Representing the café professionally within a high-profile corporate setting.
About You
Previous experience in a café or barista role, ideally within a busy environment.
Strong coffee-making skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient under pressure.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a flexible approach to work.
