We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly driven Lettings Negotiator to join a highly motivated team.

Remuneration: Basic + Commission
Role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:

To promote and expand the estate agents

To arrange and attend viewings

To follow requests professionally, accurately and in a timely fashion.

To build rapports with potential clients and buyers

To close lettings deals effectively

To be target driven, keen to progress your career in a busy Estate Agent.

Working to strict deadlines under pressure.
To work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Have Full UK Driving Licence

Be based locally and being familiar with local area would help
