The Position
COOK -CHEF FULL / PART TIME PERMANENT
We are looking for an ambitious FULL / PART TIME PERMANENT COOK - CHEF to join the team. You will be producing the best standard of dishes off our fixed menu for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry.
Your Role in Our Kitchen;
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Ensure you are up to date with SFBB & HACCP & food safety & hygiene
- Ensure regular cleaning of all food prep areas and equipment daily
- Ensure systems in place for temperature checking and food hygiene
- Ensure that you are following company policies and procedures.
Effective Stock Control
- Ensure all incoming stock orders are date, time & temperature recorded
- Ensure effective stock rotation is applied and there is minimal if any loss whatsoever
Experience
- Experience (Min 1 year) as a Cook / Chef in hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment etc.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
