Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to management proactively.
- Uphold all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or barista roles within hospitality settings, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food preparation standards in restaurant environments.
- Prior restaurant experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced service.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene regulations applicable in food service establishments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
