We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Erector to join our team. As a Fence Erector, you will be responsible for installing fences according to specifications and drawings. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various construction techniques and the ability to work with power tools and hand tools.
Duties:
- Install fences, gates, and other related structures
- Measure and mark fence lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
- Install fence panels, rails, and pales
- Use power tools such as saws, drills to complete tasks
- Repair or replace damaged fences or parts as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fence Erector or similar role
- Proficiency in installing various types of fences (Palisade, Mesh Systems, Crash Barrier, Hand Railing, Gates, Temporary Fencing & access control bases etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
- Skilled in using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Driving License & CSCS Card Essential
CPCS Desirable
