We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and strengthening our brand, increasing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, developing promotional content, and enhancing brand awareness across both digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, creativity, and a passion for branding, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
Duties
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Build and strengthen the company brand across digital and offline marketing channels.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns for seasonal products, special occasions, celebrations, and corporate orders.
- Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, banners, menus, brochures, and promotional graphics.
- Maintain and update the company website and online ordering platforms.
- Optimise website content using SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
- Coordinate product photography and video content for use across marketing channels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, customer newsletters, and promotional communications.
- Support paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with management to develop marketing plans for new product launches and promotional events.
- Build relationships with local businesses, community organisations, schools, and corporate clients to increase brand recognition.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience within hospitality, food service, retail, or customer-focused industries is advantageous.
- Leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: £32,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
