Food and Beverage Manager
Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Foster positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism across the bar and restaurant department
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered at all times
- Respond to customer concerns promptly ensuring high level of guest satisfaction
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
- Support management team with planning and coordinating promotions, events and special initiatives.
- Oversee smooth running of the entire bar and restaurant department
About you
- Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food and Beverage Manager in a hotel
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work a flexible shift pattern.
