We are a property management and development company looking for a highly capable, self-motivated tradesperson to assist with residential renovation and refurbishment projects.
This role is not suitable for someone who needs constant instruction or supervision.
We're looking for the type of person who can walk into a property, assess what needs doing, organise their work, and get on with the job.
One day you may be building stud walls, the next fitting a bathroom, laying flooring, carrying out carpentry work, tiling, decorating, or solving an unexpected problem that arises during a renovation. No two days are the same.
The successful applicant will be practical, resourceful and capable of turning their hand to almost anything within a residential property.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in property renovation and refurbishment
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Competent across multiple trades
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High standards of workmanship
- Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
- Able to identify solutions rather than wait for instructions
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Takes pride in their work
- Sees a problem and fixes it
- Doesn't need hand-holding
- Understands how different trades come together on a project
- Is comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
