The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for an experienced Corporate Account Handler to support a team of Account Executives within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a collaborative office environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service to corporate clients while building strong, long-term relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing expert advice on appropriate policies and risk management solutions
- Handling new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Liaising and negotiating with clients and underwriters
- Issuing accurate, compliant documentation
- Supporting the Account Executives to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Assisting with claims handling when required
- Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service
What we’re looking for
- Cert CII qualified or equivalent industry experience
- Experience handling Corporate-level commercial insurance business (highly desirable)
- Acturis experience is desirable
- Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider market
- A proven track record of client retention
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
- Knowledge of FCA regulations, DPA and compliance standards
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
