Overview
We are seeking a skilled multi-trades person to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile individual capable of undertaking a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across multiple trades. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, Bathroom fitting, Kitchen fitting.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for those with a broad skill set to contribute to diverse projects within the construction and maintenance sectors. The role is paid and suitable for applicants eager to utilise their technical skills in a challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, fitting, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct plumbing repairs and installations including pipework, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Installations of wet rooms.
- Fitting of Kitchens.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently across various trades
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and all mutli skilled tasks.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards within the construction industry
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Valid relevant certifications or licences are desirable but not essential with a proven track work record.

All work will be on a self employed basis but consistent weekly work will be offered for the right person.
Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
