Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic digital marketing executive who is keen to learn, grow and take on new challenges. You will have the opportunity to capture content on-premise, at events and with clients.
You will own our content end-to-end: capture photo/video, edit, plan the calendar, write copy, publish, and engage across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You’ll run email campaigns and help launch/optimise LinkedIn Ads. You'll be responsible for keeping content updated through our web CMS including uploading blog posts and client testimonials. You’ll start by executing a clear plan and progressively take ownership of channel strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement.
The role is part time, with flexible working hours which will be agreed with you. It will be based at our facility in Sandy, with opportunity to manage some tasks remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Content creation - capture on-site photo and video content of simulators, installs, events, and customer stories
- Content creation - edit short-form and long-form cuts of video for social media channels and website
- Social media channel management - scheduling a posting content, engaging with target audience and replying to DMs
- Analytics and reporting - Tracking KPI and producing monthly insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Collect and package testimonials, case studies, and UGC
- Collaboration with partners and producing shared content
- Maintain an organised content library
Growth in the role (but not required):
- Email marketing - as we look to expand into more consistent email marketing strategies, you will have creative freedom over our email marketing developing content and planning campaigns to enhance customer journey
- Paid digital marketing - analysing and reviewing paid marketing campaigns in the form of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Skills:
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media (agency or in-house)
- Strong hands-on skills in photo and video capture (hardware provided by FPZERO)
- Photo and video editing skills using your preferred tools (software licenses provided by FPZERO)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn best practices and scheduling tools
- Interest or basic exposure to paid social, ideally LinkedIn Ads.
- Data-aware: comfortable reading dashboards and pulling insights
Nice to have:
- Passion for motorsport, sim racing, or automotive context
- Experience with lead-gen campaigns, pixels, tracking, and simple landing pages
- Photography skills (lighting, audio, framing) and motion graphics basics
- Canva design skills
If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you. The role offers considerable variety and encourages input and sharing views to how we can be a more successful business.
