We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be experienced with Linnworks or similar order management and listing software. You will be responsible for managing multiple online stores. You must be fully versatile with Excel at an advanced level including formulas and pivot tables for data collection, data imports and data manipulation. You will be responsible for listing creation, photographing products, cleaning photos and seeing through the listing process to completion to generate sales.
The role is office based and you will also be responsible for handling returns and providing customer service where necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Specialist must be a self motivated individual with targets in mind. You will be able to work on your own and also be able to work as part of a team to ensure the success of our online stores.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Product data collection
- Product photography
- Cleaning and tidying up images
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain images and descriptions
- Communicating with our software providers to solve bottlenecks
- Create and maintain content for our online stores.
- Ensure that all e-commerce stores grow and are successful.
- Manage customer service enquiries, returns and complaints.
You will receive training in the warehouse processes and will be expected to work in the warehouse from time to time to ensure you understand the everchanging logistics environment.
This is an ever-evolving role due to continuously changing business landscape. You should be flexible and quickly be able to adapting to changes that occur.
