The Role
We’re looking for a driven Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple refurbishment and maintenance projects across the region.
You’ll be managing projects from start to finish—keeping them on track, on budget, and to a high standard—while leading site teams and subcontractors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple live projects across the Nottingham–Hull corridor
- Planning programmes and ensuring deadlines are met
- Overseeing subcontractors, site teams, and quality of work
- Ensuring full Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Taking part in an on-call rota (1 in 7 weeks)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in refurbishment/maintenance projects
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and standards
- SMSTS (essential)
- CSCS Card – Management level
- Relevant qualifications or industry membership
- Full UK driving licence (regular travel required)
