Job Role: Junior Print Operative (Rollform Department)
Hours: 0800 - 1715 Mon - Thurs
0800 - 1300 Fri
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Start date: 2026
Location: Lancing, West Sussex
The Company
Fine Cut Group is a family-owned SME home to 6 distinct brands. Each brand requires its own unique personality and strategy.
These brands are: Fine Cut, Dragonfly Rally, Attach A Tag, P&S Engraving, Orbit Print & Label Giant.
Fine Cut operates under one roof with an eclectic array of state-of-the-art print, laser marking and engraving technology - all serving our core offering of “industrial graphics”.
The Role
The Rollform department is expanding and this new position has been created because demand across our label production work has grown significantly.
This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit team at exactly the right moment.
You will start by learning our core analogue Rollform machines alongside experienced colleagues. You will learn how the machines work mechanically, how to set them up and how to maintain them. These machines reward patience and attentiveness over computer literacy and there is a real craft to getting them right.
As your confidence grows, you will transition onto our digital Rollform machines, where software aptitude becomes equally important. We are specifically looking for someone who brings that digital mindset to the department, and we will invest in developing it.
We produce labels for industries including medical (NHS), aerospace, defence and catering - the standard of output matters enormously.
This role suits someone who takes quiet satisfaction in doing things properly, and who is looking to build a long-term career in a specialist production environment.
You will be based at our Lancing, West Sussex facility.
Details to apply are at the base of this advert.
We look forward to seeing you.
