We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their well-equipped nursery in the Dore (S17) area.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment where children can thrive at their own pace.
- Building strong, trusting partnerships with parents and carers.
- Planning imaginative indoor and outdoor play-based activities in line with the EYFS.
- Working collaboratively with a welcoming, approachable team of qualified professionals.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) is REQUIRED.
- A naturally warm, caring, and nurturing personality.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and "learning through play".
- Strong communication skills and a supportive approach to working as part of a team.
- Creative approach to child learning and development.
- An enhanced DBS will be required for this role. Don’t worry if you don’t already have one, we can help you apply. Proven understanding of safeguarding is mandatory.
