Balance Health Clubs is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Male Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential to maintain the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the club, ensuring members enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean all public and staff areas in accordance with established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of club facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Carry out thorough cleaning of male changing rooms, reception areas, poolside facilities, and other designated areas.
- Maintain male changing room facilities, including replenishing consumable supplies and emptying waste bins.
- Clean and sanitise poolside areas, including floors, surfaces, poolside furniture, sauna, and steam room facilities.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and report replenishment requirements as needed.
- Promptly address any health and safety hazards, such as spillages, or report them to the Duty Manager if immediate action is not possible.
- Ensure appropriate warning signage and safety measures are in place when cleaning may create temporary hazards for members, public users, or colleagues.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
