Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscaping projects, and ensure quality standards are met. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely completion of projects, including planting, lawn maintenance, pruning, and installation tasks.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of power tools, hand tools, excavators, irrigation systems, and other equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency.
- Assign daily tasks based on project priorities and team skills, providing clear instructions and support.
- Monitor landscape maintenance activities to uphold quality standards and client specifications.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols across all job sites.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines and resource allocation.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment maintenance, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related construction fields with a strong understanding and landscapes
- Mechanical knowledge of power tools, irrigation systems, excavators, and other landscaping equipment.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
- Prior construction experience is highly desirable to manage complex projects effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping equipment operation and site management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
