About the Role
We are expanding our merchant services team and looking for experienced telesales professionals who know how to sell card terminals, payment solutions, or merchant accounts. If you’ve previously worked in payments, card machines, EPOS, or B2B telesales, this is a high‑earning opportunity with warm data, strong demand, and full support.
You’ll be speaking with business owners, identifying their payment needs, and offering competitive card terminal solutions. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and book appointments for our senior sales team — or close deals directly if you have the experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B calls to warm and cold leads
- Selling card terminals and payment solutions confidently and professionally
- Identifying customer needs and explaining product benefits
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for senior sales staff
- Working towards realistic daily/weekly KPIs
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and call records
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in telesales is essential
- Experience selling card terminals, merchant services, or EPOS is highly desirable
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Strong communication and objection‑handling skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and money‑motivated
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- A positive attitude and a desire to progress
