Malt cafe is a modern Worthing based cafe, with a solid reputation for offering delicious coffee and delicious freshly made meals.
We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a love for coffee and a flair for service to join our team.
Key skills required:
- Barista trained with proven experience
- Skilled at espresso extraction and latte art
- Waiting / bar experience definitely a plus
- Being a natural communicator / people’s person essential
- Having a keen eye for detail
- Great organisational skills
The role will include:
- Setting up and dialling in the coffee machine
- Making coffees and hot drinks to order
- Greeting / hosting / serving customers
- Waiting on / clearing tables / working the floor
- Taking payment
- Keeping the café clean and tidy
- Being fabulous
