Job Summary:
Lily Jeans Apparel & Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to manage wholesale orders, retailer accounts, stock coordination, and product distribution. This role suits an organised apparel professional who can keep customer orders accurate, on schedule, and commercially successful.
What you'll do:
- Manage wholesale orders from confirmation through delivery.
- Coordinate stock availability, production schedules, and dispatch.
- Support retailer and distributor accounts with order updates.
- Monitor order accuracy, delivery performance, and customer requirements.
- Work with sales, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Improve wholesale processes and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in apparel wholesale, fashion operations, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong order-management and customer-account coordination skills.
- Good understanding of stock control and supply-chain processes.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: £3,700.00-£5,000.00 per month
