We are recruiting for a Cafe Team Member to join our cafe team in beautiful Ravenscourt Park, Fulham.
The role requires working 2-3 days a week, mostly during weekends.
About Us
Roots & Berries is an independent family run group of unique cafés in special green locations. We run 8 cafés in some of London’s most treasured neighbourhood spaces, including The Rookery Café on magical Streatham Common and The Skylark Café on wonderful Wandsworth Common.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and want to go above and beyond to create an outstanding customer experience and positive working environment.
We are looking for someone who can be fun and outgoing, has a good sense of humour and energy in their personality.
We know hospitality can be hard work, but it's very rewarding!
As part of the Roots & Berries family, we always pull together with smiles on our faces. It is important for us to have a team who have a friendly nature, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail.
Although some experience in hospitality is desired, for the right person there is room for us to commit to teaching you what you don’t know.
