A & R Miles Limited is a growing renovation and refurbishment company specialising in high-quality residential renovation works across Bath and the surrounding areas.
Our projects include full property refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom renovations, internal remodelling, property maintenance, carpentry, decorating, and general residential improvements.
Due to continued growth within the renovation side of the business, we are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and professional Multi Trader with strong experience across residential renovation and refurbishment projects.
The successful candidate must be confident in carrying out a variety of trades to a high standard and be capable of working independently within occupied residential properties.
This role is ideal for someone with a broad construction background who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Carry out multi-trade renovation and refurbishment works
· Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works
· Carry out carpentry, tiling and basic plumbing works
· Undertake patch plastering and making good works
· Carry out decorating touch-ups and finishing works
· Complete snagging and remedial works to a high standard
· Assist with general property refurbishment projects
· Maintain clean, organised and professional working environments
· Work from job specifications and instructions provided by management
· Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
· Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience as a Multi Trader within residential refurbishment
· Strong experience within kitchens and bathrooms
· Good all-round construction knowledge
· Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
· Professional attitude and strong work ethic
· High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Full UK driving licence essential
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work respectfully within occupied homes
DESIRABLE SKILLS
· Carpentry background
· Tiling and decorating experience
· Basic plumbing experience
· Experience working on higher-end residential renovations
· CSCS Card

WORKING HOURS

Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
