Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bar Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your hospitality skills, ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience. Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Must be prepared to work evenings and some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Restock bar supplies as needed.
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
