Job Summary
Timeless Care is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new supported living service for young adults aged 18–25 with learning disabilities and/or complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a person-centred service that promotes independence, dignity, life skills and positive outcomes.
About the Role
You will oversee the safe, effective and compliant running of the service of up to 5 supported living homes, lead a skilled staff team and ensure high-quality care in line with CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily service operations and ensure CQC compliance.
- Lead safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
- Recruit, supervise, train and support staff.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes.
- Work with families, professionals, commissioners and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing or supporting a regulated adult social care service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards.
- Confident leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or willingness to work towards it.
- CQC Registered Manager status, or eligibility to apply.
What We Offer
- £45,000–£50,000 per year.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week - with on call participation as required.
