Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Day Cover Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing essential cleaning support on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that our clients’ premises remain spotless and well-maintained. As a Day Cover Cleaner, you will step into different locations as needed, delivering consistent, professional cleaning services with energy and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various client facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the assigned areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly
- Respond promptly to ad hoc cleaning requests or urgent needs during your shift
- Complete cleaning checklists and record completed tasks accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
