Due to the continued success & growth of our food operation here at The Coach House Humberston, we are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our kitchen team.
We are in the process of launching a new restaurant concept/menu including new lounge seating area and cocktail bar within our restaurant area.
Full and Part time positions available, working over 2,3, 4 or 5 days to suit.
Experience in a fresh food background is essential.
Applicants must be self-motivated and able to work with fresh quality produce. Excellent work/personal standards are a must.
The following roles are available
Restaurant Senior Sous (alternative weekends off) Experience in a similar role is essential. Would suit an existing head/sous chef looking to take there next step
Chef de Partie (With 1~2 years in similar role)
Starter/Dessert Chef ( must have at least 2 years experience)
Vegan/Vegetarian Chef (to expand and develop our new vegan/vegetarian menu) Experience in similar role essential.
Fish/Grill Chef (relevant experience essential)
We have fantastic opportunities to join our much valued brigade of 14 chefs. Each role requires knowledge & experience of fresh quality produce preparation. The ability to work creatively, efficiently, and effectively under pressure are also required.
