Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to support the running of evening shifts - typically between 4/5pm-11/12pm.
This is a varied, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and is happy to support across multiple areas of the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with bookings, enquiries, and general information
- Provide excellent customer service across all areas of the venue
- Support with the running of tournaments, americanos and co-ordinating padel sessions.
- Ensure that routine cleaning and maintenance is consistently carried out to a high standard.
Padel Reception Support
- Check players in for court bookings
- Answer questions about padel sessions, memberships, and events
- Support smooth customer flow during busy periods and peak times
- Assist customers in the retail shop, including processing sales and restocking items
Venue Standards & Operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the venue
- Support with the closing of the venue, including taking responsibility for cleaning tasks such as showers, toilets, courts and floors.
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and company procedures
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Knowledge of padel
Desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail
- Basic till or POS experience
- Interest in sport, fitness, or wellness
