- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards
- Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments efficiently, and keep accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is required and enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key
