Duties
- Lead daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
- Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent service and teamwork
- Oversee food preparation and beverage crafting, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food safety practices to maintain cleanliness and compliance
- Train new team members on food production, serving techniques, and customer engagement strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with health regulations and promotes efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or hospitality setting, preferably within a restaurant or café environment
- Extensive kitchen experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Prior barista experience or knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong team management skills
- Background in hospitality or hotel operations that emphasizes guest service excellence
- Familiarity with food production processes, restaurant operations, or culinary environments is advantageous
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
