Role Overview
We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to take ownership of a section and help us deliver consistency and quality across every service. You’ll work closely with senior chefs and help support younger team members.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Running your section with care, attention and speed
- Prepping and plating to spec with a clean, organised approach
- Keeping mise en place tight and managing prep lists
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to a calm kitchen culture
- Upholding kitchen hygiene and food safety throughout your shift
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar kitchen role
- Confidence and ownership over prep and service
- Attention to detail and love of high-quality cooking
- Team-first attitude and willingness to grow

Full-time position available | Competitive salary + tronc | Start: ASAP
