Chef de Partie – Multiple Positions Available
We’re looking for talented and motivated Chef de Partie professionals to join our growing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work under our new Executive Chef, Damiano Viti, and be part of a dynamic and ambitious culinary environment.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes while supporting junior staff and maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
