SEN Teaching Assistant - Kingston
Full-time, term-time only, 8:30am - 4pm
£93 - £98 PAYE per day, weekly payment

This is a specialist school located in South West London supporting children with Autism / ASC and associated learning difficulties. Every child will have an EHCP. Many children in the school have Speech and Language Communication Needs, and some children are pre-verbal or non-verbal. You will be working in a small class with a teacher and other SEN Teaching Assistants. Everything the school does is child-centred, and lessons are interaction-based. You will be engaging with children through play-based activities, including arts and crafts, drama, music, and cooking!
Who should consider this SEN Teaching Assistant role?
- Psychology, Education Studies, Clinical Psychology, Criminology, or any other relevant degree graduates who want to pursue their career in SEND settings
- Has personal experience in SEND
- Previously worked in school settings supporting children with SEND
- Has excellent communication skills and is a team player
- Happy to assist with personal care and hydrotherapy
This school is easily commutable from Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Clapham Junction, and Vauxhall.
