We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Carer for Night Shifts to join our lovely team. If you're caring, confident, and ready to take the next step in your care career, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with personal care, dignity and respect
- Leading the care team and supporting junior carers on shift
- Helping with medication (after training/certification)
- Keeping care records up-to-date
- Being a friendly face and a listening ear to residents and families
- Working closely with nurses and management to deliver top-quality care
What We're Looking For
Experience in a care home setting (at least 2 years)
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Confident in leading a shift and supporting a team
Medication trained (or willing to train)
A kind heart, positive attitude, and great communication skills
Right to work in the UK
