MOBILISATION MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will lead the mobilisation of new residential developments into Premier’s management, setting the tone for exceptional service from day one. This is a pivotal role where your organisation, judgement and stakeholder skills ensure a smooth, compliant and confident handover for clients and residents alike.
You will coordinate every moving part—from legal and technical documentation to supplier set-up, systems configuration, asset registers and resident communications—so our operational teams inherit a well-prepared, insight-rich portfolio. Your professionalism will build trust with developers, freeholders and resident leaders, creating the foundations for long-term relationships.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will be planning and steering multiple mobilisations, chairing progress meetings, unblocking issues and keeping everyone aligned to timelines and standards. You will deep-dive into documentation, budgets and compliance, translate complexity into clear actions, and ensure our teams and partners deliver a seamless go-live.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- New developments transition on time, on budget and fully compliant, with no surprises at go-live.
- Complete, accurate mobilisation packs handed to operations, enabling confident day-one service.
- Strong, proactive relationships with developers, clients, suppliers and residents built on trust.
- Clear, timely communication plans executed, with positive feedback from stakeholders.
- Risks identified early and mitigated, with decisions and actions clearly documented.
- Continuous improvements captured and applied, shortening timelines and elevating quality.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Scoping each mobilisation, defining milestones, owners, risks and success criteria.
- Gathering and validating all documentation, warranties, contracts and O&M information.
- Building asset registers, service charge budgets and planned maintenance schedules.
- Setting up systems, suppliers and site services, ensuring H&S and statutory compliance.
- Leading coordination meetings, reporting progress, and resolving issues at pace.
- Planning and delivering resident and client communications before and after go-live.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Mobilising residential developments or transitioning complex property portfolios.
- Coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with developers, contractors and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of residential block/estate management, H&S and fire safety standards.
- Creating budgets, asset registers and service scopes, with strong Excel and systems skills.
- Leading resident or client engagement during change or service transitions.
