Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and energetic server to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. As a server at our cafe, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of daily specials.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
