Key Responsibilities

Own branch performance & profitability
Manage stock, suppliers & operations
Build strong customer relationships
Drive sales & KPIs
Ensure H&S compliance

What Youll Do

Run day-to-day branch operations
Lead, coach & motivate your team
Deliver great service to trade & retail customers
Grow sales, margin & performance

What Youll Need

Builders merchant leadership experience
Strong commercial awareness
Hands-on leadership style
Passion for service & results

Working Hours

MonFri: 7am5pm
Alt Saturdays: 8am5pm
Alt Sundays: 10am4pm
Time off in lieu
