And now we are looking for an exceptional Practice Based Deputy Manager to join us.
THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL DEPUTY ROLE…
This is a PRACTICE based leadership role.
You won’t spend your whole day hidden in an office.
You will be:
- Supporting educators in the rooms
- Coaching and developing practice
- Building brilliant relationships with children and families
- Leading from the front
- Helping create magical learning experiences
- Supporting a positive and inspiring team culture
We believe the best leaders in early years are visible, approachable and deeply connected to the children, team and curriculum.
THE PERFECT PERSON WILL…
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification or above
- Have strong nursery or preschool experience
- Be warm, energetic and supportive
- Love coaching and developing others
- Believe childhood should feel magical
- Naturally step up and help their team
- Love messy play, outdoor learning and creative experiences
